Our pizza is made using a unique sourdough culture which is over 100 years old and is baked in a Marana Forni Italian wood fired oven at 500c (900f). This slow rising and high heat locks in a great aroma and moisture giving our pizza a soft and more digestible crust.
We have now opened our Fish & Chip shop, we are working in partnership with Merchants who have won numerous National awards. We will be employing Christos who has over 30 years experience as a frier.
