We are delighted to announce that our Fish and Chip shop will be opening on the 18th June. We are working in partnership with Merchants who have won numerous National awards. We will be employing Christos who has over 30 years experience as a frier.
Our pizza is made using a unique sourdough culture which is over 100 years old and is baked in a Marana Forni Italian wood fired oven at 500c (900f). This slow rising and high heat locks in a great aroma and moisture giving our pizza a soft and more digestible crust.
